Purpose: One of the biggest challenges of the 21st century is meeting the needs of the growing world population. The supply chain of perishable goods, including food, dairy products, medicines, and blood products, have recently received attention due to their impact on human life. In this article, the design of a sustainable supply chain network for perishable items has been discussed. To optimize this supply chain, a multi-objective mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model has been developed to formulate the problem. Fixed deterioration rate (expiration date) is considered.
Methodology: To perform the research calculations, GAMS software and the combined method of Bander's analysis and Lagrange coefficient were used, and based on the data, results were obtained, and the relative weight of the stability of the solution (ω) was equal to 0.5 and the relative weight of the stability of the model was ( ω) equal to 5000 has been developed to meet the proposed objectives. These comparisons show that the presented network was robust in all performance objectives.
Findings: The results obtained from the combined method regarding the three objective functions defined for the main model show this fact. The results of the first iteration provide us with better answers compared to the other iterations.
Originality/Value: This research can be considered as one of the first optimization paper that presented a multi-level and multi-product-multi-period supply chain with uncertainty in the parameters in the dairy and pharmaceutical industries and the environmental costs of production and transportation, and sustainable social costs such as reported accidents and incidents, job satisfaction, safety, reduction of dispatch time and lost working days simultaneously with the economic dimension in management-related decisions. Purpose: It is important to consider the uncertainty in the data, and know how to deal with it when evaluating efficiency by using data envelopment analysis; since the presence of small deviations in the data can lead to significant changes in efficiency results. However, in the real world in many cases, the data is uncertain. The purpose of this paper is to present a robust model of network data envelopment analysis in order to measure efficiency in the presence of uncertainty.Methodology: A new approach to evaluate efficiency for network data envelopment analysis is first proposed. The definitive method presented in this paper involves undesirable output and can be used for different structures in network data envelopment analysis. Next by extending, the proposed model for uncertain data a new robust network data envelopment analysis model is presented for three-stage networks with undesirable outputs.Findings: The proposed model is used to evaluate the electricity regions of Iran. These regions involve a three-step process with undesirable outputs in some stages. The results show that the proposed model achieves the efficiency of the steps and the total efficiency simultaneously. In addition, the overall network efficiency score can be a basis to rank the areas.Originality/Value: The proposed model is a new model in the field of efficiency evaluation in conditions of uncertainty and having an undesirable output.

Many organizational or even day-to-day interactions of individuals are shaped by their decisions, and these decisions sometimes have implications for different stakeholders. In this regard, it is worthwhile to study and analyze the factors affecting ethical decision making. This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting ethical decision making. After identifying and extracting the factors affecting ethical decision making from the literature, the variables were screened by compiling a Delphi-fuzzy questionnaire and the cooperation of eight experts familiar with the field of management and ethics. After performing the necessary repetitions and the saturation limit of the answers, the indicators were finally confirmed. Then, the indicators were analyzed using fuzzy DEMATEL method. Finally, the technique presented the relative importance and relationships between experts by systematically analyzing the opinions of experts. The analysis showed that the variables of "senior managers 'influence", "co-workers' influence" and "emotions / mood" are of great importance among the variables and affect other variables. In contrast, the "spirituality", "business competition" and "decision style" of the decision-maker are less important than other factors. In general, several factors influence the making of a moral decision, but the results indicate that in the individual dimension. The personality, fortifications and values of the decision-maker and in the situational dimension. Reference groups play an important role in making an ethical decision and can guide it. Therefore, more reflection is needed to inform the person who is in the position of decision, more control and more careful monitoring of the outcome of the decision.
